Creating Confident Caregivers

A trained facilitator leads a six-week workshop for caregivers of individuals with dementia still living at home. The workshop provides participants with information, skills and attitudes to manage stress and increase effective caregiving skills, and to deal with difficult behaviors. The program is for caregivers of any age caring for a person with dementia still living at home.

  • Improving caregiving skills
  • How to handle everyday activities more easily
  • Taking care of yourself to better care for your loved one
