Nutrition is key for older adults to maintain their health and daily wellness, we provide meal services to eligible adults in Detroit, the five Grosse Pointes, Hamtramck, Harper Woods, and Highland Park.

Services we provide:

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels is a state and federally funded program that offers nutritious meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities

Holiday Meals on Wheels

Holiday Meals on Wheels (HMOW) is supported through corporate, private, and community funds making it possible to feed thousands of homebound seniors and adults with disabilities on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Labor Day.

Volunteer opportunities are available.

Congregate Meals

The Congregate Meal program provides nutritious meals to people 60 years of age and older and their spouses five days a week, Monday through Friday at various locations in the community.

Food & Friendship Connections

Food & Friendship Connections helps connect older adults living with HIV, with peer support groups, nutrition services, networking opportunities, and additional resources to support general health & wellness.
