The Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) workshop meets once a week for six weeks for 2 ½ hours each week.
This workshop is for adults aged 60 and over who have a long-term or chronic health condition such as arthritis, heart disease, emphysema, asthma, bronchitis and depression.
Participants will receive a resource book and a relaxation CD!
