The Detroit Area Agency on Aging (DAAA) is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). At every level of our agency, we do support equality and we will promote a just and fair workplace for our staff, vendors, clients, volunteers, and stakeholders, eliminating all discriminatory practices such as racism, ageism, sexism, and genderism. Moreover, we will extend the benefit of the doubt and behave in a caring, non-judgmental manner to one another and to members of the community. Our DEI progress will be measured and evaluated on a regular basis to ensure that we are living up to these standards.
