Personal Action Towards Health (PATH)

Are you interested in learning tools that can help you manage your condition?

The PATH workshop meets once a week for 6 weeks for 2 ½ hours each week.

This workshop is for adults aged 60 and over who have a long-term or chronic health condition such as arthritis, heart disease, emphysema, asthma, bronchitis and depression.

Participants will receive a resource book and a relaxation CD!
