Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help individuals take better care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. Whether you provide care for a spouse, partner, parent, adult child or friend with special needs in any setting, your role is an important one. This six-week class meets once a week for 2.5 hours. You will receive The Caregiver Handbook which follows the curriculum and provides additional tools to address specific caregiver issues.
