Every year, the Michigan Bureau of Aging, Community Living, and Supports (ACLS Bureau – formerly Aging and Adult Services Agency) requires the 16 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in Michigan under its auspices to develop a plan for older adult services. This year, the State Unit on Aging office is requesting AAAs to develop a FY 2024 Annual Implementation Plan to outline how services will be delivered during the period October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. This plan outlines services to be funded over the course of a fiscal year that assists older adults to age in place within their homes and communities.
