This curriculum will cover the ABC's of Facebook including connecting to Wi-Fi, starting a profile, privacy and security, connecting with family and friends, and interacting on Facebook. The goal of the curriculum is to allow viewers to become aquatinted with the basics of Facebook and walk away more comfortable utilizing some of the features.

Accessing iPhone Hotspots:

This curriculum provides information on accessing a wifi hotspot via an Apple iPhone.



Every year in the U.S., 1.5 million new Americans are diagnosed with diabetes and countless others suffer from chronic complications arising from the disease.

Our curriculum aims to decrease this burden on individual's lives through educating people regarding the risks and complications associated with obtaining and managing diabetes.

This webinar features health promotion and disease management related to Type II Diabetes. The topics that will be covered include preventing progression from pre-diabetes to diabetes, eye disease in diabetes, depression and diabetes, and reducing hyperglycemic risk.



Falls Prevention:

This curriculum aims to assist you in recognizing potential fall hazards and education on falls prevention including some exercises that may help to decrease your likelihood of falling.




Older adults frequently have elevated blood pressures.  This video will educate older adults to independently measure their blood pressure. The hope is to establish a habit of monitoring blood pressure, and the importance of maintaining a target blood pressure.  Further educational goals include behavioral modifications to lower blood pressure, as well as a brief explanation of medications.

Internet Safety:

With a large shift to virtual communication, it is important to ensure internet safety when using social media, email, and more to protect your information. This lecture will cover the following topics: eliminating internet fear, securing your passwords, avoiding hackers and scams, how to identify "fake news" on social media, securing your phone/device, and the dangers of connecting to an unsecure network.
