We are excited to hold the 11th Annual Michigan Kinship Care Confernce with the theme "UNMASKING YOUR DNA." We will be looking at today's current issues facing kinship caregivers and the role our DNA plays in the choices we make in life. 
We look forward to bringing you information and resources to enlighten and address issues and challenges grandparents and relative caregivers face with raising children. We are proud to have the Department of Homeland Security again this year and other professional speakers who are experienced in their topic of discussion to address the following:
  • Tradition: Child Centered/Elder Led
  • D.N.A.: Discovering New Attributes Through Love
  • Active Shooter Presentation: What to do to stay stafe, how to keep your grandchildren safe, where is the best place to hide
